1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation at The Noverian Bios Caldera, Sunset Suites, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all guests and govern your entire stay and any services provided.

2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations must be made through our official website (noveriancaldera.com), by email, or through authorised booking platforms. A written confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Reservations are subject to availability.

3. Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit (amount specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards, bank transfer (details provided upon request).
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Greek VAT (ΦΠΑ).

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are specified in your booking confirmation and vary by rate type:

• Flexible rate: Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are fully refunded (excluding deposit).
• Non-refundable rate: No refund upon cancellation.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) to info@noveriancaldera.com.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
• Check-out: by 11:00 (11:00 AM)
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• A valid passport or government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests (required by Greek law).

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any persons accompanying them.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any suite or enclosed area. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in advance.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will result in charges equivalent to the cost of repair or replacement.
• Guests must not disturb the comfort of other guests. The hotel reserves the right to request departure without refund in the case of misconduct.

7. Liability

• The Noverian Bios Caldera, Sunset Suites is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe provided.
• The hotel is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Our total liability in connection with your stay shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your reservation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Syros, Greece (the competent court for Cyclades).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
